The site is located at LOT 801 YALLAMBEE WAY, QUEENS PARK, in the City of Canning. The site slopes up towards the northern boundary.

The total number of 15 lots will be created including 10 Strata and 5 Green title lots.

• Road and Drainage Design (private road & proposed Yallambee way extension) – including a long profile for both elements to City of Canning requirements. Liaise with CoC for approval including Road and Drainage Concept Design
  and Road and Drainage Design Development Stage.
• Stormwater design for all subdivision lots to meet CoC requirements.
• Complete subdivision design and liaise with Sub-Consultants ( Electrical etc.)
