Service Scope: The scope of our work on the Green Leaves Day Care project was diverse and comprehensive, encompassing various aspects of design and drafting. Here’s an overview of the services we provided:

1. Design of Asphaltic Pavement Areas: We meticulously designed the asphaltic pavement areas in accordance with the site plan, ensuring a well-structured and functional layout. Our team took care of the following tasks:

a) Design and drafting of all pavement levels: We created detailed plans and drawings to guide the construction of the pavement at different elevations.

b) Design and drafting of asphalt pavement detail: Every aspect of the asphalt pavement, from materials to thickness and composition, was meticulously designed and documented.

c) Design and drafting of vehicle turning movement templates: We developed comprehensive templates for vehicle turning movements within the premises, ensuring smooth traffic flow and easy maneuverability.

a) Providing long sections indicating pavement/earthwork levels: These sections helped in the design of retaining walls, where required, by providing valuable insights into the elevation changes.

b) Design of site levels surrounding the proposed buildings: We carefully designed the site levels to complement the architectural vision, creating a harmonious integration of the structures with the surrounding landscape.

3. Design and Drafting of Drainage/Subsoil Drainage: To ensure optimal stormwater management, we undertook the design and drafting of drainage and subsoil drainage systems. Our comprehensive approach included:

a) Hydraulically modeled site stormwater design below the downpipes: Through meticulous hydraulic modeling, we developed an efficient stormwater system that effectively channeled rainwater away from the buildings and into appropriate drainage infrastructure.
